Salahaddin University-Erbil activities with DAAD Germany.
DAAD ( Deutscher Akademischer Austauschdienst), German Academic Exchange Service, has supported some projects at Salahaddin University-Erbil. Among these:
1- Baghadad Erbil Erlangen ( BEEP) project, it was mainly concerned with developing and improving higher education in the field of Economics and graduating Master degree students ( Joint degree).Fully funded by DAAD.
2- Information Technology development program with TU Berlin. Fully funded by DAAD
3- Education program in the field of entrepreneurship with Leipzig & Nuremberg universities. Fully funded by DAAD.
4- Department of German as a foreign language established at Salahaddin University-Erbil. Fully supervised by Leipzig university and co-funded by DAAD and Salahaddin university-Erbil
5- Mechanical Engineering project between Salahaddin university-Erbil & University of Freiberg. Ongoing project, fully funded by DAAD.
